The court ordered that the petitioners' application be considered along with other pending applications in accordance with the law and disposed of the petition.

Summary

The petitioners, Vrunda Skyscrapers and another, filed a writ petition seeking only directions, not a cause of action, against the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. They requested that their application dated 14 July 2025 be considered together with other pending applications, with uniform application of the relevant statutory provisions. The court noted that the petition was purely for procedural directions and not for substantive relief. It directed that the application be processed along with all other similar applications, following the due legal procedure and as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the court disposed of the petition without further order.
