Summary

The petitioner, Anil Krishna Lulla, filed a criminal writ petition before the Bombay High Court seeking relief. The petitioner appeared in person and was assisted by counsel Mr. Pravin Palhade, Suchitra Warang and Riddhi Gupta. The State of Maharashtra was represented by Ms. Supriya Kak, while Respondent No.5 was represented by Ms. Esha Joshi on behalf of Aditya Mithe. The court considered a report from the API of Colaba police station which indicated that the matter related to C.R.No.76 of 2026 was a cognizable summary filed before a court and that, in respect of C.C.No.2448/misc/2026, the application was essentially a civil dispute and the petitioner was advised to approach the civil court. On the basis of this report, the court held that the petition did not raise a criminal issue and therefore dismissed the petition, ordering its disposal.
