Summary

The petitioners, New Maharashtra Shikshan Sanstha, filed a writ petition seeking relief from the State of Maharashtra. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the State assured that, if the proposal is received within that time, the State would consider it and dispose of the matter on its merits within six weeks.
