                PER COURT:-

                1. While issuing notice on 01.04.2015, this Court directed the

petitioner to deposit the decreetal amount with the executing

court in two installments before 20.07.2015. The petitioner has

failed to comply with the order and even thereafter has not sought

an extension of time to comply the same. In view of non-

compliance, this writ petition does not warrant consideration and

                stands dismissed, accordingly.

                2. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
