Summary

Kalpana Ashok Karle filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, seeking relief against the State of Maharashtra. The petition did not elaborate specific facts, but the Court considered whether the petitioner could pursue her grievance through the Grievance Redressal Committee established under a Government Resolution dated 27 March 2024. The Court held that the petition could be treated as a representation and directed the petitioner to approach the Committee. It granted the petitioner liberty to file the representation within two weeks of the order. The Committee was instructed to decide the matter expeditiously.
