Summary

The petitioner, Mr. Sanjeev Jagtiani, filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court challenging a criminal matter. After being acquitted in the POCSO Special Case No.48 of 2017, the petitioner’s counsel sought leave to withdraw the writ petition. The court examined the petitioner's request and the accompanying photocopy of the trial court’s judgment confirming the acquittal.
