          P. C.:

          1. On 11th June, 2026, the following order was passed:-

“1. None appears for the Petitioners. This petition has been pending
                   since 2019.
                   2. When the matter was called out during the morning session, none
appeared on behalf of the Petitioners. The matter was again called out
during the afternoon session; however, no one appeared then as well. It
appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
                   3. Place this matter “for dismissal” on 12.06.2026 under the urgent
                   admission category.”
          2. Today also none appears for the Petitioner. It seems that though the

Petition is pending since 2019, the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the

matter. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
