The Court ordered that the notices be treated as representations before the Department of IT and disposed of the petition without adjudicating the merits, leaving all contentions open.
Summary
C1 India Private Limited filed a writ petition challenging a claim against the State of Goa and its officials. The petitioner sought relief, alleging that the claim was not barred by limitation and that Respondent No.4 (an alleged TPA) had a role in the matter. The Court declined to express any opinion on the merits, noting that the limitation objection and the role of Respondent No.4 remain open. It directed that the notices dated 18‑02‑2025 and 15‑04‑2025 be treated as representations before the Department of Information Technology, which must decide within four weeks. The petition was consequently disposed without granting any relief, leaving all contentions for future determination.
