                                                                       _______

                               MrAshisk Jadhav for Respondent no.2.

                                                                       _______

                                                              CORAM : AARTI SATHE, J.

                                                              DATE : 17th August 2026

                               P.C.

                               1. None appears for the Petitioners. This petition has come up on several

occasions and it is noted from the earlier office orders that the office objections

have not been removed till date although the petition is an old petition filed in the

year 2022. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 1 st July 2026 has kept

the matter under the caption `for dismissal’ as none had appeared for the

Petitioners even on the earlier occasion. Today also none appears for the

                               Petitioners.

                               2. Considering that the Petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting

the present petition, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
