Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The writ petition is infructuous and is disposed of.

Summary

The petitioner, Himayat Ali Sadat Ali Inamdar, filed writ petition No.4668 of 2026 in the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging an order of the Additional Collector, Latur. The Additional Collector had already passed a final order in the matter, which was placed on record. Both parties agreed that the final order rendered the writ petition infructuous. The Court held that, in view of the final order, the petition could not proceed and was therefore disposed of as infructuous, while leaving open any other legal remedies. Any pending civil applications, if any, were also disposed of.
