Summary

Wasim Abdul Gani Shaikh filed a criminal writ petition challenging a detention order dated 25‑10‑2024. The petition remained pending through 2025 with no representation for the petitioner. The Assistant Public Prosecutor informed the court that the period of detention had already expired and that the petitioner had been released on 25‑10‑2025, a fact supported by a release report marked ‘X’. 1. This petition is pending since 2025. The Petitioner has
challenged the Detention Order dated 25.10.2024. Nobody
                     appears for the Petitioner.

already over and nothing survives in this petition.
