1. By the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks implementation of

the committee’s inquiry report dated 30th March, 2021 directing the

Education Officer to suspend the grant-in-aid to the school and to take

into consideration the grievances of the Petitioner and other

administration. The grievance is that despite the report of the

committee, no action has been taken by the Education Officer.

2. The Petition is disposed of by directing the Education Officer to

examine the inquiry report dated 30 th March, 2021, and in the event, it is

found that any action is required to be initiated, the same to be done.
