Summary
Petitioners Ghanshayam Dattatraya Garad and another filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging an action of the State of Maharashtra. The Court examined the petition and, without addressing the merits, granted the petitioners liberty to approach the State Level Grievance Redressal Committee within four weeks. The Court directed the appellate authority to decide the appeal expeditiously, referring to its earlier decisions in W.P. Nos. 8587 of 2016, 9885 of 2011, 2930 of 2021 and 2069 of 2022, and to consider any delay caused by the present petition. The order also stipulated that any further delay would be liberally condoned.
