5.    Respondents are directed to make payment in terms of the

award made by the Lokadalat to the Petitioners within a period of six

months from the date of receipt of copy of this order provided that

there is no other legal impediment.

6.       We may observe that, any lapse in ensuring compliance of this

order may be viewed seriously by this Court. The Writ Petitions thus

stand disposed of with the above directions.
