                 P.C. :

                 1. Though learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
time to take instructions but it appears that the petition is
filed in the year 2024 and thereafter even the notices were
not issued. The petitioner is not even given instructions to
                 his own Advocate till today.
                 2. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not
interested in proceeding with the matter, Accordingly, the
                 petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
