All the writ petitions were disposed of by applying the terms of the order in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019.

Summary

The petitioners Zaheer Ahmed Mohammed Husain, Dharma Jagannath Patil, Vimal Dada Raut, and Ansari Raees Ahmed filed multiple writ petitions challenging actions of the State of Maharashtra and other respondents. The Court noted that an earlier order in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019 dated 23 July 2026 addressed similar issues and that both sides were in agreement (ad idem) to apply the same relief. Accordingly, the Court directed the petitioners to make a representation to the Chief Executive Officer of Nashik Zilla Parishad, attaching copies of the Nagpur Bench judgment and the 1212/2019 order. The CEO was instructed to consider the petitioners' case in light of those orders and to act within ten weeks. All the writ petitions and any interim applications were ordered to stand disposed of on the same terms as the earlier order.

P.C. :

1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has placed before us an

order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019 dated 23 rd

July, 2026. He states that the present matters can be disposed of in terms

of the same order which was passed in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad does not dispute this

position. He fairly states that same order can be passed in these Petitions

also.

2. In light of the position as stated above, and when both the

parties are ad idem on this issue, we are of the opinion that all the

Petitions can be disposed of on the same terms and conditions on which

the order dated 23rd July, 2026 was passed in Writ Petition No. 1212 of

2019. Hence the following order.

3. The Petitioners to approach the Chief Executive Officer of
