2. Writ Petition Nos.728 of 2021 and 741 of 2021 have become
infructuous as informed by Mr. Bedekar.
3. In rest of the Petitions, I have heard the learned Advocates
appearing before me. Petitioners therein are either Borrowers,
Directors and Employees. Complainants, Intervenors and Prosecution
are the opposite parties. I make it clear to them that on the next
adjourned date, the written submissions of their oral arguments shall
be placed before the Court by all the arguing counsels to enable the
Court to decide the quashing Petitions.
4. It is seen by me that this group of 68 Petitions is being
adjourned from date to date for no rhyme or reason. Today out of 68,
in 40 Petitions, Advocates are representing the Petitioners. Two
Petitions have been disposed of today as infructuous, so therefore that
leaves 26 Petitions whose details and Advocates’ details are required to
be informed to the Court. Those Petitioners and their Advocates shall

remain present on the next date failing which I will be constrained to
leave them out of the group of these Petitions.
5. If any Intervenor, Complainant desires to file any Interim
Application, the same is permitted to be filed within a period of one
week from today. This Court shall not adjourn the matter for want of
filing of any further pleadings on the next date when the Petitions shall
be heard.
6. Stand over to 23rd October 2026. To be placed under the
caption ‘First on Board’.
