The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

The petitioners filed a writ petition seeking a revised No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the State of Maharashtra. During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel informed the court of the petitioner’s intention to withdraw the petition and instead make a representation to the authorities for a revised NOC. The court, noting the withdrawal, dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn without any order as to costs. The judgment further observed that if the petitioner remains aggrieved by the non‑grant of a revised NOC, it may pursue appropriate legal proceedings. The order was digitally signed and circulated.
