Counsel for the petitioner reported that the petitioner was not in contact with his lawyers and had repeatedly sought adjournments since March 2026, with no instructions provided even on the hearing date of 8 September 2026. The court noted the petitioner’s failure to cooperate and to appear, despite multiple opportunities to present his case. Consequently, the judges dismissed the petition on procedural grounds.
