Date : 24/09/2026
PER COURT :
1. None for the petitioner.
2. Though the petition has been filed seeking a direction to the
police authorities to inquire into the suspected death of the
petitioner's son and to register a crime against Respondent Nos.4
and 5, but the report of the Resource Personnel of this Court clearly
indicates that the petitioner has not taken circulation in the matter
since June 2022. In the circumstances, it appears that the
petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the present petition.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
