The writ petition is disposed of without granting any order for document inspection.
Summary
The petitioner, Bhalchandra Gopal Dusane, filed a writ petition seeking the court's direction to inspect documents that the respondent had filed in the underlying civil proceeding. The respondent's counsel contended that the documents were already filed in the court record and could be inspected by the petitioner upon obtaining the court's permission, and further asserted that many of the documents mentioned in the petition were not relied upon by the plaintiff. The petitioner’s counsel expressed an intention to seek inspection of the documents relied upon by the plaintiff and to pursue the matter accordingly. After considering the submissions of both parties, the bench observed that there was no further issue requiring adjudication in the writ petition. Consequently, the court disposed of the writ petition without granting any specific relief.
