Holding

The petition is disposed, granting the petitioner liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under the 27.03.2024 Government Resolution.

Summary

The petitioner, Yogesh Atamaram Dhanrale, claimed that his proposal, after having its deficiencies removed, was still not approved by the State. The High Court noted that such grievances are to be addressed before the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under the Government Resolution of 27 March 2024. Consequently, the Court disposed of the writ petition, granting the petitioner liberty to approach the Committee. The Court directed the Committee to decide the proposal expeditiously. No substantive merits of the proposal were examined by the Court.
