DATED : 7 SEPTEMBER 2026.
Per Court :
1. None for the petitioners.
2. The petition appears to be filed for registration of F.I.R.
on the basis of complaint dated 20.09.2017. Petitioners have
also prayed for recovery of amount of Rs. 18.40 Crores from
Empire Mall Pvt. Ltd. However, the record shows that the
petitioners were appearing initially and later on notice was
issued only to respondent No.3 under order dated 11 January
2023. It further appears that the petitioners did not provide
address of respondent No.4, and therefore, notice could not be
issued in the year 2023.

17 Cri.WP-990.2021.odt
3. The record further show that thereafter the petitioners
did not turn up for complying the order of this Court. Even
today also nobody remained present for respondent No.3.
Thus, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in
prosecuting the matter, and therefore, the petition stands
dismissed alongwith pending criminal application, for want of
prosecution.
