     against the order of the High Court dismissing the review petition filed by     F

     Petition No. 18310 of 1998.

         We have today dismissed Civil Appeal No. 646 of 2000 arising out of
     CWP No. 18310 of 1998. We, therefore, find no merit in this appeal and the
     same is accordingly dismissed.                                                  G
