  1.       Having heard learned counsels for the respective
  parties, it appears that the respondent has already
  prepared the reply and submitted in the Registry of this
  Court but same was not                              led in time as per the order
  dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court.


  2.      Thus, considering the aforesaid facts and in view of
  the said order, right to                        le reply by the respondent No.2
  is hereby reopened subject to the respondent No.2
  deposit          of      Rs.      2,000/-          in     the       Gujarat          High         Court
  Advocates’ Law Library on or before 17.04.2026.

  3.   Upon the compliance of this Court, the Registry shall
  take the reply on the record and replace it in the main
  matter.

  4.       Accordingly, this Civil application is disposed of.
