1.         Perused the o8ice note dated 01.08.2026.

2.         This Court vide its order dated 20.07.2026, passed the
following order :
             “1. After perusing the o ce note placed by the
             Registry, it appears that the applicant has not
             complied with the order dated 02.08.2024.
             2.  The applicants to supply fresh address of the
             unserved respondent on or before 31.07.2026, failing
             which, the matter shall stand dismissed for non-
             prosecution.”

3.         It appears that in spite of giving su8icient opportunity,
the directions contained in the aforesaid order passed by this
Court are not complied with by the applicants. It seems that
the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the Civil Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Rule is discharged. O8ice note is disposed of.
