1. Learned advocate Ms.Jagruti Minhas appearing for
Thakkar and Pahwa Advocates for the applicant submitted
that the applicant shall deposit the money for publication of
the notice in compliance of the order dated 24.03.2026, with
the Registry within a period of one week from today.
2. We, therefore, grant one week time to the applicant to
deposit the money with the Registry for compliance of the
orders dated 15.01.2026 and 24.03.2026 passed by this Court,
failing which, the application shall be dismissed for non-
prosecution without reference to the Court.
