 1.        RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.


 2.        The present application has been preferred by the applicant through his
 mother to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground
 of attending engagement ceremony of his brother, which is scheduled to be
 held from 01.05.2026 to 05.05.2026.
 3.        Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate
 that the applicant is arrested on 15.05.2025 and he is never released from jail.
 Further, the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good.

 4.        Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, the
 applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 1 (one)
 day i.e. on 03.05.2062 on the applicant’s furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/-
 to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions.
 He shall surrender to the concerned jail authority latest by 12’o clock on
 04.05.2026.

 5.        Application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
