1.        Learned advocate Mr.Daxay D.Patel for the appellant,
vide letter dated 29.06.2026 addressed to the Registrar,
Gujarat High Court, Ahmedabad, has stated that during the
pendency of the captioned appeal, the sole appellant –
Mahendrabhai                       Laxmanbhai                      Patel           has           expired              on
07.12.2020. He has also produced a copy of the death
certificate of the sole appellant Mahendrabhai Laxmanbhai
Patel, which is ordered to be taken on record.


2.        In view of the above, since the sole appellant has
expired on 07.12.2020, the present appeal would stand
abated and the same is disposed of accordingly.
