ORDER
Learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw
the present application at this stage, since the learned APP for the
respondent – State has made a statement that proceedings under the
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
came to be invoked and the report has already been submitted before
the concerned Court. Hence, permission as prayed for is granted.
Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as
withdrawn. This Court has not gone into merit of the case.
