                                          ORDER

[1]      The application is filed seeking further time to attend the
applicant’s daughter’s marriage, since the temporary bail
granted and the release of the applicant vide order dated
06.05.2026 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge,
Deesa, District-Banaskantha, is expiring tomorrow. Nothing
further remains, as the marriage is scheduled on 15.05.2026.

[2]      However, the date of surrender of the applicant is
extended upto 16.05.2026 on usual terms and conditions.

[3]      The applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail
Authority on 16.05.2026 at 11 o’clock without fail. Direct
Service is permitted.
