In view of the fact that, learned Special (Atrocity) Judge, City Civil &
Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, has been pleased to accept the summary
report filed by the prosecution and invoked provisions of The Scheduled
Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, l earned
counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw
present application with a liberty to file Criminal Appeal under Section 14A
of the Prevention of Atrocities Act.
Permission as prayed for is granted.
With above liberty, present application is disposed of as withdrawn.
This Court has not examined the matter on merit. Mr. Parekh is permitted
to replace the certified copies of Annexures by producing simple
copies thereof.
