            The present application is filed by the applicant – original
 complainant seeking condonation of delay of 22 days caused in filing
 the captioned leave to appeal in preferring the appeal.

             Considering the averments made in the application, it appears
 that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay caused in
 preferring the application for leave to appeal.

            Hence, the application is allowed. The delay caused in
 preferring the application is hereby condoned.
