1.       The application is    led by the applicant to condone the
delay of 553 days occurred in preferring the restoration
application for leave to appeal in Criminal Appeal against the
impugned judgment and order dated 18.07.2024 passed by
learned 7th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ahmedabad
(Rural) Navrangpura.


2.       Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.


3.       Considering the averments and explanation given in the
application and hearing the learned counsel for the respective
parties, this Court        nds that su-cient cause is made out to
condone the delay.

4.       In view of the above, the delay occurred in preferring the
restoration application for leave to appeal in Criminal Appeal
against the impugned judgment and order dated 18.07.2024

Ahmedabad (Rural) Navrangpura is condoned. The application
stands disposed of accordingly.
