          Considering the averments made in the application,
 present application is allowed and delay caused in filing the
 aforesaid Cr.M.A. is hereby condoned.

          Considering the facts stated in the restoration application,
 present application is required to be allowed and main Cr.M.A. is
 hereby restored to its original file subject to payment of cost of
 Rs.2,500/- on the applicant to be paid in the Gujarat State Legal
 Services Authority, within a period of 01 week from today.
