Present application is filed requesting to restore Special
Criminal Application No.6301 of 2025 which came to be
dismissed for non-prosecution.
Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and
learned APP for respondent – State of Gujarat and considering
the averments made in the application, sufficient ground is made
out to restore Special Criminal Application No.6301 of 2025.
Hence, present application is allowed. Special Criminal
Application No.6301 of 2025 is hereby ordered to be restored to
its original file subject to condition that the matter shall proceed
further without asking for unnecessary adjournment. Present
application is disposed of accordingly.
