ORAL ORDER
1. This application is led by the applicant seeking
temporary bail on the ground of providing nancial
assistance to his family.
2. On perusing the jail remarks and the order passed
by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), City Civil and
Sessions Court at Ahmedabad, it appears that the court
had observed about there being other family members
who can provide nancial assistance to the family of the

3. Hence, this court is not inclined to exercise
discretion at this stage. Application is accordingly
rejected.
