1.     The application is     led by the applicant to condone the
delay of 7 days occurred in ling of the Criminal Misc. Application
no.50513/2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 50514/2025.


2.     Considering the submissions canvassed by the learned
counsel for the respective parties and the averments made in
the application, more particularly, the explanation given in
paragraphs 2 and 3, this Court nds that su'cient cause is made
out to condone the delay.
