1. The Applicant has                             led this Application for grant of
    temporary                bail        on       the        ground             mentioned                in      the
    application.


2. Heard learned APP Mr.Rohan Raval for the respondent
    State.


3. On perusing the jail remarks, it is re&ected that the
    applicant has absconded for 593 days and came to be
    apprehended by the police only on 09.03.2024. His jail
    conduct also appears to be not good.


4. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to
    exercise the discretion in favour of the applicant.                                                         The
    Application is rejected.
