ORAL ORDER
1. This application is preferred by the Applicant for
temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground
mentioned in the application.
2. Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and
learned APP for the Respondent - State.
3. RULE. Learned APP waives service of notice Rule
on behalf of the respondent-State.
4. Learned advocate for the applicant Mr.Amit Shah
has placed on record the medical certi&cate issued by the
Orthopedic Hospital, from wherein it is re)ected that the
applicant’s wife is to be operated on 13.02.2026 and will
have to remain as an indoor patient for &ve days.
Previously also, the coordinate bench had granted 3 days
of temporary bail for the same reasons, however, learned

advocate for the applicant submits that at that time,
surgeory could not be done. Hence, he has prayed to
allow this application.
5. In view of such facts, the present application is
partly allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be released
on temporary bail from 12.02.2026 to 19.02.2026 on the
Applicant’s furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25000/- with
a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
concerned authority and on such conditions which the jail
authorities deem it &t to impose. The Applicant at the
time of surrendering before the concerned jail authority
upon completion of temporary bail period, shall submit
the medical case papers of his wife’s surgery, which is
scheduled during the period of his release.
6. This Court shall not entertain application for
reduction of amount of personal bond and surety.
7. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. It
is hereby clari&ed that no further extension shall be
granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Direct
service today is permitted.
