1.     Heard Ms. Amita S. Shah, learned advocate for the
applicant.


2.     The present application filed by the applicant seeking the
following relief:


       “A. Your Lordship may be pleased to recall and cancel the Non-
       bailable warrant issued by this Hon’ble court dated 12.03.2026
       against the applicant in the interest of justice with all
       consequential effects.”

3.     Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and
considering the averments made in the application, it appears
that the applicant has deposited Rs.1,20,000/- before this Court
on 06.04.2026. In this regard, the learned advocate for the
applicant has produced the payment slip on record.



4.     In view of the above, the present application stands

disposed of. The non-bailable warrant issued by this Court on
12.03.2026 is hereby cancelled. The payment slip is taken on
record. Interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 22.03.2012
