              Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced an
     affidavit of the petitioner stating that the dispute between the
     parties has been amicably settled.

              The said affidavit is taken on record.

              In view of the above,                       nothing further survives for
     adjudication. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of as
     having become infructuous. However, it is open for the
     applicant, in case of any difficulty in future, to seek revival of the
     present application. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any,
     stands vacated.
