             Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has
   no instruction from the petitioner though he tried his level
   best and therefore, he prays to pass necessary orders. Under
   the circumstances, present petition stands dismissed for
   default with a liberty to revive the petition in case of di iculty.
   Rule discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands
   vacated.


             Registry is directed to return back the R & P, if any, to
   the concerned Court forthwith.
