1. Heard learned advocate Mr.Vibhuti Nanavati for
the appellant, learned advocates Mr.Rajesh Gidiya and
Mr.Tushar Sheth for the respective respondents
through video conference.
2. Learned advocate Vibhuti Nanavati for the
appellant has tendered the withdrawal pursis, which
is taken on record and seeks permission to withdraw
the appeal as per the pursis.
3. Permission as prayed for is granted. In view of
the pursis submitted by the appellant, this appeal
stands disposed if as withdrawn. No order as to
costs.

tribunal shall disburse the amount to the claimant/s
