The consistent absence of learned advocate for the
appellant is noted in view of the previous orders dated
18.04.2024, 13.02.2024 and even on 24.01.2024.
Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing,
none remained present. In view of the same, the appeal stands
dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim relief if any granted
earlier shall stand vacated. Records and Proceeding is
ordered to be sent back.
