1.        Learned advocate for the respondents, after having a sense of the
respective party present before the Court has submitted that, they are
ready to withdraw the captioned Special Civil Application, though it has
been disposed of, with a request to reserve his right to approach the
appropriate authority, which has not been disputed by the learned
advocate for the appellant.

2.        Hence, in view of the aforesaid, the issue does not survive in the
present Letters Patent Appeal.

3.        Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, the present Letters Patent
Appeal along with the connected Civil Application stands disposed of
with the aforesaid liberty.
