                  When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned
        advocate            for      the       petitioners              submitted             that       pending
        this        petition,             the        proceedings               pending           before          the
        Hon’ble           Gujarat           Revenue           Tribunal            have       already           been
        disposed            of     and      in      view       of       said      fact,         the      present
        petition has become infructuous.
                  In view of above fact of the case, the present
        petition              stands            disposed              of       as        having            become
        infructuous. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if
        any, stands vacated.
