          Registry has placed the office note stating therein that the
 appellant has not supplied the requisite copies of memo of petition, as
 required under the provisions of Chapter VII, Rule 86(i) of the Gujarat
 High Court Rules, 1993.


          It is observed that vide order dated 16.07.2026, sufficient time
 was granted to supply the requisite number of copies of memo of
 petition, however, the said direction has not been complied with till
 date. In the interests of justice, one last and final opportunity is granted
 to furnish the requisite copies of memo of petition within three clear
 days, failing which the captioned petition shall stand dismissed for non
 prosecution, without any further reference to the Court.


          With the aforesaid directions, the office note stands disposed of.
