Sutaria, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that
the issue involved in the petition does not survive and,
therefore, the petition be disposed of.
         In view of the above submission, the petition stands
disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is
discharged.                 Interim              relief,           if      any,          stands             vacated
forthwith. It is clari ed that this Court has not entered
into the merits of the case.
