             Mr.Gohil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he
 received an instruction through email from his counter part that the
 certi<cate of practicing was issued by the Bar Counsel and, therefore,
 the petition has become infructuous.

             In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having
 become infructuous. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall stand
 vacated forthwith.

             It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the
 matter.
